Before choosing AERIS

Which speakers is AERIS compatible with?

This AERIS model is compatible with the Devialet Phantom II and Phantom Ultimate 98 dB speakers. It is not suitable for the Phantom I.

What is AERIS made from?

AERIS is made from PLA (polylactic acid), a bio-based material derived from renewable plant resources such as corn starch or sugar cane.

How is AERIS assembled?

The column and base are preassembled. Slot the five feet into place. Secure the adapter beneath the speaker using the supplied screw and washer, then place the assembly on the column and slide it forward to lock it in place. The installation guide explains each step.

When will my AERIS be dispatched?

Stands in stock are dispatched within 2 business days. Stands made to order are dispatched within 5 days. Transit time is additional.

Can I change my mind after delivery?

You have 14 days after delivery to notify us that you wish to withdraw from your purchase, then 14 days from that notification to return the product.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility if you change your mind. This does not apply to claims under the legal guarantee of conformity, which are handled free of charge.
